Produce Inspection Training Part11 for 2012 Registration
The Produce Inspection Training Program is divided into two parts. Part I (spring) will be on May 9-10 and Part II (fall) will be on October 17-18.
The two day course is intended for quality control personnel, produce buyers, inventory control personnel and other company associates involved in the receiving, handling, buying and shipping of fresh produce. A certificate of completion is awarded to each attendee who completes both the spring and fall courses.
Mr. Tom Yawman of International Produce Training (IPT) will conduct the training. Mr. Yawman has over thirty years of produce inspection experience and prior to forming IPT he was an instructor at the USDA’s National Training and Development Center in Fredericksburg, VA.

Please note that this class is limited to 20 attendees.
Registration is on a first-come first-serve basis and priority will be given to SPC members. The registration deadline for the May 2012 course is May 1st. All registrations are to be completed online.
