All exhibitors must be members of the Southeast Produce Council. All attendees for Southern Exposure 2012 must register in advance by the cut-off date. On site registrations will not be available.
Exhibitors:
Each exhibitor is entitled to a maximum of four associate registrations for their exhibit fee. These four associates can attend the expo and the educational. Tickets must be purchased for the Friday evening gala opening party, the keynote luncheon and the closing/farewell reception.
An exhibitor can register additional associates for the conference at the registration fee of \$595.00 for each additional associate. The additional associate registration includes admittance to the expo and the educational workshops.Tickets can be purchased for the Friday evening opening gala,the keynote luncheon and the closing/farewell reception.
The maximum number of additional associate registrations an exhibitor can purchase is four.
Non Exhibitor Attendees:

The non exhibitor attendee registration is for those companies/organizations who wish to attend and not exhibit either by choice or due to all exhibit space being sold.
Non exhibitor attendee registration fees are the same as the exhibitor fees \$2295.00 for members.
Non members can attend as non exhibitor attendees. The registration fees are \$2695.00 for non members. The non exhibitor attendee registration entitles four to attend the expo and educational workshops. Tickets can also be purchased for the Friday evening opening gala, the keynote luncheon and the closing/farewell reception.
Southern Exposure 2012 is limited to two hundred exhibitors. We will also carefully monitor the number of non exhibitor attendee registrations and will determine a maximum number permitted to ensure that the majority of those on the trade show floor are retail and foodservice attendees.
Brokers:
Brokers can register as exhibitors or non exhibitor attendees at the rate of \$2295.00 for members and \$2695.00 for non members. The non exhibitor attendee registration entitles four to attend the expo and the educational workshops. Tickets for the Friday evening opening ,the keynote luncheon and the closing/farewell reception can be purchased.

A broker can also be included as one of the exhibitor’s four associates that are provided under the exhibitor registration fee.
Opening Day Golf Tournament
The opening day golf tournament is open to any registered attendee at Southern Exposure 2012. It is not open to the general public.
Spouses:
Exhibitors who wish to have their spouses attend the Friday evening gala opening party must purchase a ticket for their spouses. Exhibitors wishing to have their spouses attend the expo, educational workshops, keynote luncheon or farewell reception will need to include them as one of the four permitted under the exhibitor registration or they will need to purchase an additional association registration.
Name Badges:

A name badge must be worn for admittance to expo and workshops  at Southern Exposure 2012. All badges will be bar coded with the attendee who registered information. This policy is strictly enforced. There will be no exceptions to this policy. 
Tickets to our Opening Gala, Keynote Luncheon, and Farewell may be purchased at additional cost for attendees and their spouse/guest. Tickets are the only requirement for admittance to these ticketed events.


Refunds:

The last date to request a refund is January 30, 2012. We will not be able to grant any refunds after this date. All refunds must be requested via email to info@seproducecouncil.com. Place "Refund Request" in the subject line of your mail.

All refunds will be paid by check.

Hotel Reservations:

All hotel reservations must be booked online or by completing the hotel reservation fax form on our website . Phone reservations are not accepted.

The final date to book hotel rooms is January 30, 2012.
